Illegal aliens throughout the West who need help translating their amnesty applications can attend night help sessions at Immigration and Naturalization Service offices. The sessions, to be held on Thursday nights at INS legalization centers, will offer translations in Spanish, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin and other Asian and European languages, said Harold Ezell, director of the INS western region.
