All-Suite Inn Opens in L.B.

A new Residence Inn, reaching completion at 4111 Willow Street, the first “extended stay”, all-suite hotel in Long Beach, held its official opening on Thursday.

The $20-million, five-acre project will include 216 one-bedroom studios and two-bedroom suites, as well as its trademark Gatehouse building, a multipurpose check-in facility.

Designed in the Tudor-style of Residence Inns, the Long Beach facility will resemble a condominium complex in an upscale residential neighborhood. It marks the 100th Residence Inn hotel in the United States and the third in Southern California.
