Columbia/Embassy Television, a unit of Coca-Cola Television, named Steve Berman, senior vice president-creative affairs at Columbia Pictures Television, as executive vice president of Columbia. Frances C. McConnell, senior vice president-current programming at Embassy Communications, was named Embassy’s executive vice president.
