U.S. District Court Judge Stephen V. Wilson judge threw out Kelly LeBrock’s $5-million lawsuit against Playboy magazine Wednesday, ruling that a photograph of the actress-model in the magazine’s June, 1986, issue was tasteful and did not harm her professional image. Wilson termed the lawsuit “frivolous,” saying: “Her forte is her God-given good looks, and it seems that all Playboy did was portray her God-given good looks.”
