VLI Corp. elected Neil L. Diver to its board of directors, returning the number of board members to five following the resignation of Stanley Golder in February.
Diver, 48, is the managing director of the Oakmont Corp., a Los Angeles-based investment advisory firm. Currently, Diver is also a director of Cybertek Corp. and CIMCO.
VLI Corp., based in Irvine, manufactures and markets the Today Contraceptive Sponge and other personal care products.
