Work Starts on Mixed-Use Center

Ground has been broken for the $15-million TRICO-SAVI Business Park, a 250,000-square-foot mixed-use complex inside Yorba Linda’s SAVI Ranch Business Park.
The TRICO-SAVI complex will be built in three phases. It will contain 15 buildings with office, light-manufacturing, warehouse and research-and-development space when completed by the spring of 1990.
The first phase, to be completed next February, will include five buildings
