Influence of Wine Writers

Shaw’s articles on wine writing deserve praise for providing so insightful an overview. If only wine writing itself were as intelligent, informative and entertaining.

Mention should also be made of the integrity displayed by The Times. Its willingness to publicly expose and act upon an embarrassing situation involving one of its own contributing writers further enhances its reputation.
