K Mart Buys Ramona Land From Pacific Southwest

Pacific Southwest Corp. in Northridge announced that it sold 7.5 acres of undeveloped land in Ramona, in San Diego County, to K Mart Development, a division of K Mart Corp., for $1.88 million.
Pacific Southwest is a real estate development company that went public last year.
