Thank you, L.A. Times for permitting the NRA to express the other side of the gun control issue (for a change).
I only hope that my year spent in Vietnam defending basic rights like free speech and defending oneself was not in vain.
Those letter writers are the true un-Americans to attempt to limit these rights for others.
