R. H. Estates : $100-Review Fee Set

The City Council Tuesday adopted an ordinance to establish a $100 fee for applicants requesting a review of the city’s neighborhood compatibility ordinance.
The fee, which will take effect in 30 days, covers costs incurred by the city in determining whether a homeowner’s project is compatible with the surrounding neighborhood, City Manager Raymond B. Taylor said. That service has previously been provided without charge.
