National Medical Enterprises and NMH Holdings Corp., a newly formed corporation organized by a group of investors led by Robertson Colman & Stephens of San Francisco, announced the signing of a definitive agreement providing for the acquisition of Los Angeles-based NME’s National Medical Homecare subsidiary by NMH Holdings. Terms were not disclosed. Both companies expect to close the deal before year-end. National Medical Homecare provides respiratory products and services, medical equipment and infusion therapy products and services in 40 states and employs more than 2,600 people.
