Symphony Group Names President

Hal Joseph has been named president of the board of directors of the Capistrano Valley Symphony, founding music director Donn Laurence Mills announced Tuesday. Joseph is a real estate developer and a member of San Clemente’s Planning Commission. Before moving to the Southland, he was a member of the board of the San Jose Symphony.
