Texas Air Corp.’s System One Direct Access Inc. affiliate, which sells a computer-reservation system to travel agents, said it sued American Airlines for violating antitrust laws. System One charged that American had engaged in a plan to exclude System One and other reservation systems from the marketplace. American owns Sabre, the largest computer reservation system in the country.
