Sammy Davis Jr. will undergo surgery next month to restore a reconstructed hip damaged while he filmed “Alice in Wonderland” for television in 1985, a spokesman said. The 62-year-old singer will receive either a hip implant or artificial device to replace his reconstructed hip.
