Martin P. Sanders has joined Encino Savings...

Martin P. Sanders has joined Encino Savings & Loan as president and chief executive officer, replacing Curtis J. Crivelli.

Before joining Encino Savings, which has its executive offices in Van Nuys, Sanders was president and chief executive officer of Centurion Savings & Loan Assn. in Sherman Oaks.

Crivelli, who had been president of Encino Savings since 1982, left to join Great Western Bank as senior vice president.
