Fountain Valley construction firm Prizio & Prizio has started building the $2.2-million Cypress Commercial Center on Cerritos Avenue in Cypress. The project includes two buildings with automobile bays for tire stores or tune-up companies. The company says the center will be the first of its kind in Cypress when completed in March. . . .
