I am a Hispanic female with an IQ of 145. I attended a Northern California high school that lacked a school newspaper as well as drama, debate, advanced science and gifted/talented programs. If our society indeed suffers from a brain drain, we would do better to focus our efforts on developing our natural-born geniuses, whatever their race or status.
