A group controlled by Revlon Chairman Ronald O. Perelman said it may seek control of TW Services Inc., the food service company in which it has held a 15% stake since October, 1986. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the investor group said it has asked for government approval to raise its TW stake to 24.9%, and that it may make further filings seeking permission to raise ownership in the firm even more. TW owns and runs fast-food and vending operations as well as retirement and health-care facilities. A takeover of the company at current prices would be valued at about $730 million, analysts said.
