Bay Venture to Develop Miramar Business Park

Ground has been broken for the Miramar Santa Fe Business Park, a $5-million, three-building warehouse project being developed by Bay Venture Ltd. on Camino Santa Fe in the Miramar area. Lusardi Construction Co. is the general contractor and Union Bank is the lender.
