Diane Ladd and Louise Fletcher have left the cast of Sam Shepard’s “A Lie of the Mind,” scheduled to open at the Mark Taper Forum on Jan. 21. They’ll be replaced by Louise Latham and Rae Allen, respectively, according to Taper officials. Fletcher’s exit was due to family obligations; Ladd left for undisclosed reasons.
