Jerome T. Barich has joined Ultrox International, a Santa Ana water treatment company, as senior vice president. In his newly created position, Barich will oversee marketing, sales and business development programs. Barich is a former director of marketing for Arco Chemical’s oxygenated fuels group in Philadelphia and also served as director of Arco’s agriculture/biotechnology division in Los Angeles. Earlier, he held a number of marketing management positions with Nalco Chemical in Naperville, Ill.
