Benjamin W. Perks has been appointed partner in charge of the Orange County office of Price Waterhouse. He succeeds Raymond Johnson, who transfers to the accounting firm’s national office in New York. Perks joined Price Waterhouse in Chicago in 1968. He was managing partner of the firm’s Tucson office from 1983 until his transfer to the top position in the Newport Beach office.
