Scott Richards has been appointed vice president and director of marketing and advertising for HomeClub, the Fullerton-based discount home improvement warehouse chain. He had been with the company for four years as marketing director before taking on the additional responsibilities for advertising. Before joining HomeClub, Richards served as marketing manager for Price Club.
