Norman O. Taylor has been named executive vice president of United Way Inc. of Los Angeles. Taylor previously was senior vice president-personnel and human resource development at United Way of America. Taylor succeeds John E. Hall, acting vice president of United Way, who will remain on in a consulting capacity through April 30.
