Tight End Schmitt Selects Oklahoma

Pete Schmitt, Laguna Beach High School tight end, has made an oral commitment to attend the University of Oklahoma and will sign a national letter of intent with the Sooners on Feb. 10.
Schmitt, a two-time All-Southern Section selection, also made recruiting trips to Arizona and San Diego State.
