Laumann to Lead Conejo Valley Board

Felix Laumann, a vice president of Phillips Financial Group in Agoura Hills, has been seated as 1988 president of the Conejo Valley Board of Realtors.
Laumann said the board will launch a new program in which realtors will volunteer to rehabilitate at least one Conejo Valley home every three months.
Laumann succeeds Ann Hilton as president of the 1,800-member-board.
