‘Include’ It Out

In our desperate search for wholesome entertainment for our 5-year-old, we took her to see “Batteries Not Included” (PG).

This is a children’s movie? Steven Spielberg, “Batteries’ ” executive producer, the new Disney? Walt must be twirling in his grave!

The profanities and bad language as we heard (God damn, son of a bitch, bastard), even with cute robots, is still gutter language! And some of the bloody violence made us cringe! Our child doesn’t hear such language at home and we monitor what she sees on TV.

“Morality Not Included” is more like it, Mr. Spielberg.
