Paul J. Paulsen has been appointed vice president, account services, for J2 Marketing Services, a new position for the Brea-based advertising and public relations agency. Paulsen has been with the agency for four years, serving as account executive and account supervisor. Before joining J2, he worked as marketing communications manager at Everett/Charles Inc. in Pomona.
