Datapoint Corp. reported net of $1.8 million for the second quarter, a turnaround from a $65.9-million loss in the same quarter last year. Revenue totaled $84.2 million, up 13% from the 1987 quarter. The San Antonio marketer, manufacturer and developer of network-driven computer and communications systems noted that last year’s results included a $56.8-million charge for restructuring.
