Christopher Francis Sr. has been named a partner in the architectural firm of Ralph Allen & Partners, Santa Ana. He was with the firm in 1982-83, then left to work for Erlandson/Hibbs, an architectural firm in Anaheim Hills. He rejoined Ralph Allen in 1987.
