ReadiCare Inc. of Newport Beach said it...

ReadiCare Inc. of Newport Beach said it plans to acquire Industrial Medical Centers Inc., which operates six medical centers in San Diego County. When the acquisition is complete, ReadiCare, which runs 32 outpatient medical centers in California, Washington and Nevada, will be the operator of 11 medical centers in San Diego County. ReadiCare declined to disclose the purchase price.
