Once again, Oxnard residents will be subjected to a display of power-play politics. Dave Mora (city manager), not content or successful in his latest quest to exclude our independently elected city treasurer and city clerk from his department-head retreat, now has decided to play the game of “divide and conquer” by only excluding the city clerk.
