Ticketmaster Leases Mid-Wilshire Office

In what is believed to be the largest office lease completed so far this year in the Mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles, the Southern California branch of Ticketmaster has leased 19,250 square feet of office space in the Ahmanson Financial Center at 3701 Wilshire Blvd.
The $5.4-million, 12-year lease was negotiated by Cushman & Wakefield of California for Ticketmaster, with the landlord, Heitman Properties Ltd. representing itself.
