Building is proceeding on the $3-million, 73,000-square-foot Rosewood Shopping Center, a commercial retail development of Union Development Co. of Cerritos, at Rosecrans and Woodruff avenues in Bellflower.
The 4-acre development includes seven new buildings and renovation of the existing Rosewood Center building in the first development phase. John Leece & Associates of Costa Mesa is the architect; Ibbetson-Marsh, of Cerritos, the leasing agent.
