Robert J. Vecci was named chief financial officer of Lincoln Bancorp, the Encino parent of Lincoln National Bank, effective May 19. Vecci, 33, will succeed Alton R. Cogert, 34, who is leaving to pursue other interests. Vecci most recently was budget manager at Sitmar Cruise Lines and earlier held accounting posts at Paramount Studios and the accounting firm Ernst & Whinney.
