One Person Who Can Smoke Inside Forum

I was more than slightly chagrined to see that the Lakers’ “no smoking inside the Forum” edict apparently doesn’t apply to the owner, Dr. Jerry Buss, as I observed him light up during a recent Lakers-Jazz game.
So much for the “protection of the players and fans.” Once again we see the Golden Rule at work: He who has the gold makes the rules.
