Ivan F. Boesky, his wife, Seema, and the investment firm Drexel Burnham Lambert won a major victory in a Delaware court that blocked payment of more than $200 million to a group of investors in a partnership once run by Boesky, according to attorneys involved in the case. The ruling prevented the partnership, which is in the process of liquidation, from ignoring Boesky and Drexel claims while paying $209 million to a group of investors that includes former New York gubernatorial candidate Lewis E. Lehrman and New Republic Editor-in-Chief Martin Peretz.
