Jim Nordstrom, formerly president, was elected co-chairman of Nordstrom department stores, joining Bruce Nordstrom and John Nordstrom, who continue as co-chairmen. Jack McMillan, formerly executive vice president, was elected president of the Seattle-based retailer. Work assignments under the new arrangement were expected to remain the same.
