Printing Dealer Leases in Rancho Dominguez Site

Heidelberg West Inc., a printing equipment dealer, has signed a 34-year ground lease valued at $9.1 million for 5.2 acres in the Dominguez Technology Centre, University Drive and Ferris Place, Rancho Dominguez.
A 70,000-square-foot sales and service center to be built on the property is scheduled for occupancy next May. Kowalski, Harding & Associates, Carson, are the architects.
The Seeley Co., brokers, Torrance, represented both Heidelberg and Carson Dominguez Properties, the landlord.
