Supervisor Harriett M. Wieder will serve as chief speaker at the 24th annual Memorial Day ceremony beginning at 11 a.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial-Park, 4471 Lincoln Ave., Cypress. Other participants include Cypress Mayor Margaret Arnold and the local chapters of various veterans groups.
