Cinema Included in Culver Plaza

An Aug. 1 completion is scheduled for the new Culver Plaza retail center, 9930 Washington Blvd., Culver City, that will include a six-screen Mann Theatres movie complex.
Mann Theatres leased the 27,000-square-foot space for 20 years for a consideration in excess of $12 million, according to Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services, which represented both parties.
