Asahi Corp. Buys Torrance Warehouse

Asahi Corp. has purchased a 102,320-square-foot warehouse in Torrance from Christie Electric Co. for $6.25 million.
Cushman & Wakefield of California represented Asahi Corp. in the transaction and Penta-Pacific represented the seller. The facility, at 20665 Manhattan Place, will be leased to Phone Mate Inc.
