TransTechnology named Lee M. Parker director of investor relations and also appointed him to the newly created position of assistant to TransTechnology Chairman Arch C. Scurlock. Parker previously was head of corporate communications and investor relations for DynCorp, a defense services concern. TransTechnology, based in Sherman Oaks, makes various products for the aerospace, defense and computer industries.
