Re Measure A’s defeat: The big developers’ deceptive flyers, phone calls and full-page ads did their job well. Our loosely coordinated, underfunded citizen’s group might have won with more interest and door-to-door help from our neighbors.
By their apathy, (our neighbors) have given the builders their blessing, and they deserve to become South Coast Metro.
