Craig A. Reinmuth has been named to head a network of new collective care facilities for the independent elderly being developed and managed by Angeles Housing Concepts Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Angeles Corp., Los Angeles. Reinmuth joined Angeles Housing as an executive vice president last month.
