AM International said it signed a non-binding letter of intent for the sale of its Harris Graphics Webb Press group to Komori Printing Machinery Co., while retaining the right to continue to discuss a proposed sale with other interested parties. The sale, which is subject to the approval of both companies’ boards and regulatory agencies, has a value of more than $250 million, AM International said. Komori is a Japanese developer and producer of printing systems.
