Gunmen Kill 12 in Punjab

NEW DELHI — Three gunmen believed to be Sikh militants killed at least 12 people in the northern state of Punjab, including four members of a Sikh family, the Press Trust of India said Sunday. The news agency said the attacks occurred Saturday night near the town of Hoshiarpur, 210 miles north of New Delhi.
