Spencer Ozawa, executive vice president and an early member of Borland International, Scotts Valley, will withdraw from involvement in the company’s daily operations. Ozawa, who has served as a vice president and director since 1983, will remain a director. Ozawa’s announcement coincides with the completion of Borland’s new corporate headquarters, of which he was the project manager.
