Earl L. Yager has been named to the board of directors of Chad Therapeutics. Yager, 42, replaces Stanley Sklute, who resigned for personal reasons, the company said. Now chief financial officer and vice president of finance and administration, Yager will also replace Sklute as secretary of the corporation. Yager joined the firm in 1983.
