Jeffrey Heimbuck, 41, has been named president at Plus Development, which makes data storage products. Based in Milpitas, Plus is a subsidiary of Quantum Corp. Heimbuck previously was a venture capital partner at Montgomery Securities, San Francisco. He succeeds Stephen M. Berkley, who had previously been named Quantum’s chairman and chief executive.
